We offer repair services for our BASELINE products either at our factory location or in the field. Preventive Maintenance Kits are also available that include parts and consumables needed to keep your product in good working condition for one year.

If you're located in the USA, download, print and fill out the
BASELINE analyzer service request form and send it along with your analyzer to AMETEK MOCON at the address on the top of the form. All other regions, please contact your local AMETEK MOCON distributor or the AMETEK MOCON site in your area.
Global Service
AMETEK MOCON provides global service on Baseline though our distributors. Please contact us to help you find your local service provider. Service offerings vary by provider or region.
We offer start-up and training for customers who wish to have an authorized Baseline® Analyzer technician on site to assist with getting their analyzer up and running.
In addition to start-up, our technician will provide basic training to ensure you know how to set-up methods and understand how your Baseline equipment works. Finally, the technician will provide a maintenance overview to ensure your analyzer is functioning properly.
Training is also available at our site in Brooklyn Park, MN, USA or via a remote connection for more experienced analyzer users
Extended Warranties are also available during the purchase of new analyzers to extend your protection an additional one or two years.

Keeping your Baseline Analyzer operating in good working condition is important. We offer Preventative Maintenance in a couple of ways.
• Purchase Preventative Maintenance kits and perform service yourself.
• Send your Analyzer into an authorized service center or your local distributor
• A Certified Service Technician can come to your site and perform Preventative Maintenance.
In all these methods, we want to replace any consumables and make any necessary adjustments to make sure your Baseline Analzyer is operating in top condition.
