We offer repair services for our Baseline® products either at our factory location or in the field. We offer standard repair services to all customers with a rapid turnaround. Preventive Maintenance Kits are also available for each product that include parts and consumables potentially needed in a year.

Global Service
AMETEK MOCON provides global service on Baseline though our distributors. Please contact us to help you find your service provider. Service offerings vary per provider or region so please follow this link to find yours.
We offer start-up and training for customers who wish to have an authorized Baseline® analyzer technician on site to assist with getting their analyzer up and running.
In addition to start-up, our technician will provide basic training, working with your staff to ensure they know how to set-up methods and understand in detail how your Baseline equipment works. In addition, the technician will provide a maintenance overview to ensure your analyzer is functioning properly.
Training is also available at our site in Lyons, CO, USA or via a remote connection for seasoned analyzer users.
Extended Warranties are also available during the purchase of new analyzers to extend your protection an additional one or two years.

MOCON® understands how important our Baseline product is to your process and that sending in your analyzer to our service team creates unneeded downtime, which is why we offer preventive maintenance plans for your locations. The Standard PM plan is designed to be a one (1) or more site visit per contract year to ensure your Baseline equipment is operating in top condition. Our certified service technician or representative will come to your site, review your equipment, replace any consumables, and make the necessary adjustments or part replacement recommendations to ensure your analyzer is operating at its peak performance.
