The BASELINE® 9100 gas chromatograph for airborne molecular contamination uses a best-in-class high sensitivity photoionization detection (HS-PID) that allows parts-per-billion (ppb) detection levels of VOC contaminants that can disrupt semiconductor production.
The GC can detect and alarm on many different VOCs in air including: TVOCs, acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, m+p-Xylene, o-Xyline, PGME, PGMEA.
The compact size and design make this unit ideal for placing on a transportable rack that can be moved from room to room for testing as needed.
A full suite of user-configurable data collection, storage and outputs allow the GC to speak your language, your way. Users can configure on-board storage downloadable to a USB drive, ASCII results via LAN or RS-232, contact closure relays, and 4-20 mA analog outputs to get the data you need where you need it.
Low Detection Limits of VOCs
- Sub-parts-per-billion (ppb) detection limits
- Minimal interference from other compounds
- Fast GC response time
- Easy maintenance of high sensitivity photoionization detector (HS-PID)
Versatile Platform
- Color LCD display and touchscreen with easy-to-use menu
- Small size (3U) for easy installation on a rack or to integrate on a movable cart
- Programmable alarms indicate if contamination is present
- Flexible data storage and outputs via LAN, RS-232, programmable analog outputs, and programmable relays
- Easy field maintenance of HS-PID detector
