The revolutionary Dansensor® MAP Mix Provectus® uses an innovative electronic mixing principle to improve the reliability, accuracy, and operation of a gas mixer. It sets the standard for user-friendliness, compared to similar products on the market. Simple to use, highly reliable, and rich in data, this mixer presents and stores vital information such as current gas flow, total gas consumption, and actual gas mix in real time.
Compatible with all types of gas sources and mixes, even variable or fluctuating inlet and outlet pressures do not cause an issue. Your only decision is whether you need to mix two or three gases (O2, N 2, CO 2, Ar or air) – everything else is easily configured on the intuitive touch screen when you power up the unit for the first time. Save up to ten different customized configurations on the device to easily switch between products or package sizes without operator error.
Each inlet gas line is fitted with a pressure sensor and an early warning alarm can be programmed to warn the operator when supply gases are running low. By integrating it with the Dansensor MAP Check 3 gas analyzer, it can communicate directly with the packaging line, automatically adjusting flow rates and minimizing gas usage on flow packaging machines.
Despite its compact size, the Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus delivers an outstanding flow of up to 1500 liters per minute. If you require a higher flow rate, you can bridge up to three mixers and triple the capacity.
The Dansensor MAP Mix Provectus is our high-range gas mixer in our gas mixer portfolio.
- Dansensor® MAP Mix Focus
The Dansensor MAP Mix Focus is our electronic mid-capacity 2 or 3 gas mixer for medium-speed MAP packaging lines. Customize three pre-set gas mixes on the intuitive touch screen to effortlessly switch between products, minimizing the risk of human error.
