This portable oxygen analyzer separates the sensor from the analyzer to allow many unique applications. The sensor can be placed inside transparent or translucent packages so that headspace oxygen can be measured in packages non-invasively.
The sensor can be mounted permanently through a package using our ImPULSE sensor accessory, so that oxygen levels can be measured on the same package, day-after-day, without any consumption of the headspace gas – perfect for shelf-life studies! The sensor is made up of a proprietary dye, so it can be incorporated into packaging for non-invasive, on-line headspace gas analysis. The applications are endless!
Headspace analyzers:
The OpTech Oxygen Analyzer is part of a family of headspace analyzer products and accessories we offer.
- Dansensor® CheckMate 3
Dansensor CheckMate 3 allows for operators to quickly clarify whether the headspace gas composition in a MAP product complies with the requirements. This benchtop headspace analyzer is able to measure both oxygen and carbon dioxide/oxygen gases in MAP products of all shapes and sizes.
-
Dansensor® CheckPoint 3
The Portable headspace gas analyzer, Dansensor CheckPoint 3, is highly accurate and it can easily measure oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in MAP products. It has a modern user interface and unique options for managing data.
-
Dansensor® CheckMate PC Software
With Dansensor CheckMate PC Software, data from all the CheckMate analyzers in a production plant is transferred to a database. This makes data evaluation much easier for Quality Control managers working in large production environments.
- Dansensor® Can Piercer
The correct mixture of headspace gas is important to the quality of milk powder, soft drinks and other canned products. The Dansensor Can Piercer samples headspace gas of different kinds of containers with high accuracy. The Dansensor Can Piercer should be used with either the Dansensor CheckMate 3 or the Dansensor CheckPoint 3.
